We monitor the market constantly to make sure our prices hit the sweet spot. But if you do find a lower price from another authorized dealer, we won’t just match it—we’ll high-five you for being a savvy shopper and get you that gear.
No jumping through hoops. No corporate runaround. Just us making sure you get the best guitar at the best price.
If you see the exact same piece of gear advertised for less by another authorized U.S. dealer, here is the drill:
- Grab the Link: Copy the URL or snap a photo of the advertisement.

- We Verify: We’ll take a quick look to confirm it’s the same model, in stock, and ready to ship.
- We Match: We adjust the price on the spot, and you get your gear.
Already bought it from us? If you see a lower price within 30 days of your purchase, let us know. We’ll refund the difference.
To keep things fair—and to keep our doors open so we can keep finding you the good stuff—the comparison needs to be legit.
- Identical Item: Same brand, same model, same finish, same condition.
- Authorized Dealers: We match legitimate U.S. retailers who are authorized by the manufacturer (just like us). We can’t match “Guy in a Van” or shady gray-market sites that don’t offer warranties.
- In Stock: The other guys actually have to have it. We can’t match a phantom price on a backordered guitar that might never show up.
- The Total Price: We look at the “out the door” price. If they advertise a lower price but slap on a $50 shipping fee, we do the math to see who really has the better deal.
We’re flexible, but we can’t break the laws of physics (or economics). We generally cannot price match:
- Liquidation / Going-Out-of-Business Sales: If a shop is closing its doors, they are selling at a loss. We plan on being here for the long haul.
- Auction Sites & Marketplaces: eBay, Reverb, or Craigslist listings from private sellers.
- Blemished / Open Box / Demo Gear: Our brand-new stock vs. their floor model isn’t a fair fight.
- Typographical Errors: If a site accidentally lists a $4,000 Custom Shop for $40.00, we can’t match that (and they probably won’t honor it either!).
