We are happy to offer FREE shipping to the lower 48 contiguous United States on most items purchased from our website and do our best to ship your order the same day you place it. Accessory orders subtotaling under $30 do not qualify for free shipping. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico customers must pay actual shipping. From time to time, there may be products that are excluded from this offer. We will always do our best to disclose a shipping amount in the product listing if it is necessary to include. In most cases, we are happy to ship outside the contiguous United States, however some manufacturers do not authorize this. It is always best to contact us directly via phone, email or live chat, to determine if we can ship to your location and to receive a specific shipping charge quote.

If your item qualifies, we will ask you to provide your shipping address so that we may offer an accurate shipping quote. Import duties/taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Moore Guitars is not liable for items delayed or held up by customs for any reason, including restrictions. Moore Guitars is not liable for any damage incurred during the customs inspection process. 48-Hour Risk Free Returns option not available on internationally shipped orders.
Product Returns-

A 100% refund or exchange may be authorized if the customer expresses their desire to return the qualifying guitar within 72 hours of receipt. If done so, Moore Guitars will issue a prepaid and insured shipping label via E-mail at our expense. We require that the guitar be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your prepaid return label, using the original shipping box and packing materials. Please notify us prior to returning if those shipping materials are damaged and no longer structurally sound. If the item is not shipped within the 24-hour window, you will be moved to the next tier of our return policy. Returned guitars are expected to be in perfectly new condition, free of any blemishes, scratches, dings, dents, or cracks, and complete with all included items. Otherwise, an appropriate fee may be withheld from your refund. Items purchased during Official Sales Events are not eligible.
Clearance items, pre-orders, special orders, custom builds, and Demo models are not eligible for cancel and/or return/refund.
Used guitars and trade-ins are not eligible.
All Other Returns/Refunds
Returns for 100% refund or exchange may be authorized up to 14 days from purchase date. Moore Guitars will issue a prepaid and insured shipping label via E-mail. If your purchase originally qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Customer is also responsible for any/all return shipping charges. Returned items are expected to be in perfectly new condition, free of any blemishes, scratches, dings, dents, or cracks, and complete with all included items. All returns, for any reason, and at any time, must be approved by a Moore Guitars Representative, and will otherwise not be accepted.
All returns are subject to inspection and a refund will only be initiated once the returned item is confirmed to be in the appropriate condition.
All returned items must be complete, unregistered and in the original condition and packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (t-shirt, picks, string winder, coffee sample, owner's manual, warranty card, quick start guide, tools, case key, COA, etc.).
Any guitar that was modified, at the customer’s request, prior to shipping, is not eligible for return/refund.
If a string change was requested by customer (brand, and/or gauge), prior to shipping, the cost of the requested strings, plus the cost of a set to return to factory specs, and $20 labor, will be deducted from refund.
Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your purchased item as arrived damaged, immediately contact Moore Guitars. You will be asked to email photos of the damaged item, as well as the shipping box and materials. Moore Guitars will file a damage claim with UPS, and UPS will pick up the damaged item. A refund or exchange will be arranged once the damaged item is returned to Moore Guitars by UPS.
