The heart of this Mirage is its powerhouse pickup combination. In the bridge, a Seymour Duncan Distortion delivers exactly what its name promises: high-output, snarling tone with a rich harmonic bite that’s perfect for hard rock and metal. The neck position is loaded with a Seymour Duncan Hot Rail, a humbucker cleverly packed into a single-coil size, offering fat, fluid lead tones without the hum. For extra versatility, a push/pull tone pot splits the coils on both pickups, unlocking glassy, single-coil sounds for when you need to clean things up.
