Product Description

A Cannon of Clarity from the Pacific Northwest

Here’s a special one, straight from the source in Bend, Oregon. This 2022 Breedlove Oregon Concert CE is crafted entirely from solid Myrtlewood, and it’s a jaw-dropper. In mint condition and ready to sing, this guitar offers a playing experience that’s as inspiring as the forests its tonewoods came from. It’s got that secret-sauce blend of warmth, clarity, and power that makes for a truly unforgettable acoustic.

Exotic Myrtlewood Magic

Myrtlewood is something special. Tonally, it sits in that perfect sweet spot, blending the deep, rich lows of rosewood, the punchy midrange of mahogany, and the crystal-clear highs of maple. The result is a voice that’s incredibly balanced and versatile. Whether you’re a delicate fingerpicker or a heavy-handed strummer, every note blooms with complexity and sustain. The top boasts a gloss finish to show off the intricate grain, while the back and sides have a smooth semi-gloss that feels fantastic to hold.

Effortless Playability & Stage-Ready Electronics

This Concert body feels like an extension of yourself. It’s comfortable to hold, yet it projects with surprising volume. The Eastern hard rock maple neck is smooth and fast, topped with a premium African ebony fretboard that makes every note feel precise and articulate. When it’s time to plug in, the onboard LR Baggs EAS VTC system captures the guitar’s natural acoustic resonance without coloring the sound. It translates that rich, organic tone perfectly, making this a reliable partner for the stage or the studio.

The Lowdown

We get it. Buying a guitar you haven’t played is a big decision. You need to know it’s going to feel right, sound right, and inspire you the second you open the case. We put together the questions we’d be asking if we were in your shoes—the real-world stuff that specs alone can’t answer. If there’s anything else you’re wondering about, just give us a call.

Myrtlewood is fantastic because it combines the best tonal qualities of several classic woods. You get the low-end richness of rosewood, the strong midrange of mahogany, and the crisp, clear highs of maple, all in one package. It makes for an incredibly versatile and balanced guitar that can handle just about any style you throw at it.

The Concert is Breedlove’s most popular body shape for a reason. It’s a mid-sized body that’s incredibly comfortable to hold, but it still produces a surprisingly robust and well-balanced tone. It’s articulate enough for fingerstyle but has enough punch for strumming, making it a perfect all-rounder.

Of course. Every guitar gets our full Player-Perfect™ setup, but tell us your preferred string gauge and action at checkout, and we’ll dial it in exactly to your spec before it leaves the shop.

This guitar is covered by our 14-Day Return Policy. If you’re not completely inspired by it, just let us know. We’ll make it right.

Orders ship same day in most cases and arrive within 1-4 business days with free, insured shipping. We’ll get it into your hands as quickly as we can.
