On top you get a pau ferro fingerboard with a 350mm radius and 24 extra jumbo frets, so bends feel buttery and vibrato is easy to control all the way up to the 24th. Electronics are dialed for serious work. A Seymour Duncan Jazz in the neck gives you glassy cleans and smooth, vocal leads, while the Custom-5 in the bridge brings tight lows, aggressive midrange, and enough cut to slice through a dense mix without getting fizzy.
Both pickups are direct-mounted to the mahogany for extra punch and immediacy. The Floyd Rose Special locking trem and locking nut let you dive-bomb, flutter, and squeal without living at the tuner, and the Grover tuners keep everything rock solid when you are not abusing the bar. Volume, tone, and a 3-way switch keep it simple so you stay focused on the music, not a control lab.
