Once you hit that “Buy” button, the clock starts ticking. You’re refreshing your email for a tracking number and pacing by the front door. We get it. We’re gear addicts too.

That’s why we don’t mess around when it comes to logistics. We pack every instrument like it’s going to war, we ship it fast, and if it’s not the “one,” we make the return process painless.

The Shipping Policy: Fast, Free, & Fortified.

We treat every package like it contains a ’59 Burst.

1. Same-Day Shipping & Fast Delivery

We don’t sit on orders. If you order in-stock gear before 3:00 PM CST (Mon-Fri), it ships the same day.

  • How fast will I get it? Most orders land on your doorstep in 1-4 business days (depending on your distance from Indiana). We generally use UPS Ground for speed and reliability.

2. Free Shipping on Orders Over $99

We offer Free Standard Shipping on almost every order over $99 within the contiguous United States.

3. Signature Required (For Your Safety)

Porch pirates are real, and we refuse to let them get their hands on your gear.

  • To ensure your order arrives safely in your hands, orders over $500 will require a direct signature upon delivery.
  • Pro Tip: If you can’t be home, consider having it shipped to your workplace or a UPS Access Point.

4. “Fort Knox” Packaging

We’ve seen what delivery trucks can do. That’s why we use high-density padding and support the headstocks. We insure every shipment for its full value, so you never carry the risk.

The Return Policy: Two Ways to Play

We want you to bond with your new instrument. But we also know that sometimes, a neck profile just doesn’t feel right, or a pedal doesn’t play nice with your amp.

We have two distinct policies depending on the level of gear you are buying:

1. The “High-End” Promise (Guitars  $2,000+)

The 72-Hour Love-It Guarantee (Guitars Only!)

When you buy a boutique or high-end vintage instrument, you usually know within the first few hours if it has the “magic.”

  • The Window: You have 72 hours from the moment the tracking shows “Delivered” to test the guitar in your own rig.
  • The Logic: This shorter window allows us to offer high-end inventory without it being out of circulation for weeks.
  • The Refund: If it doesn’t inspire you, let us know within that window. Ship it back in the same condition, and we’ll issue a refund.  We will even cover your shipping costs.

2. The Standard Policy (Guitars Under $2,000 and all other products)

The 14-Day Sound Check Guarantee

For production guitars, pedals, and amps, you get a full two weeks to put it through its paces.

  • The Window: You have 14 days from delivery to run your own personal “Sound Check.”
  • The Refund: If it doesn’t make the cut, ship it back in original condition with all packaging. We’ll issue a return label and will refund your money minus all shipping costs.

The "Real Talk" on Returns (Please Read)

We are reasonable people, but we have a few ground rules to keep things fair:

  • Condition Matters: The gear needs to come back exactly how it left—no scratches, no velcro on pedals, no missing hang tags. If it comes back looking used, we may have to charge a restocking fee (usually 15%) to cover the devaluation.
  • Who Pays Shipping? If you just changed your mind (it happens!), you cover the return shipping. If we messed up (wrong item, defective), we cover the shipping.
  • Non-Returnable Items: To ensure quality for everyone, the following items are final sale:
    • Strings: If the package is opened or strings have been installed.
    • Consumables: Polish, cleaners, and lubricants (if seal is broken).
    • Electronic Parts & Pickups: If wires have been cut, soldered, or altered in any way.
    • Moore Merch: Apparel that has been washed or worn.

Damaged in Transit?

Don’t Panic.

If your box arrives looking like it went 12 rounds with a heavyweight:

  1. Take Photos: Snap pics of the box before you open it, and the damage to the gear.
  2. Keep Everything: Do not throw away the packing materials.
  3. Call Us Immediately: (888) 794-8482.

We handle the insurance claim with the carrier. We will get a replacement on the way or a refund issued as fast as humanly possible.

International Buyers

We love shipping American tone to the rest of the world.

  • Customs & Duties: You are responsible for any import taxes or VAT charged by your country.

  • Rosewood Regulations (CITES): Some vintage instruments containing Brazilian Rosewood cannot be shipped internationally. If you aren’t sure, just ask us first.
