At Moore Guitars, we are musicians, not data brokers. We respect the relationship we have with you. That trust extends beyond the gear we ship to the personal information you share with us.

We know that reading a privacy policy is usually about as exciting as listening to a drummer tune their kit, but we want to be 100% transparent about how we handle your info.

B. The “Window” to the Bank (iFrames)

Some forms on our site—specifically the United Midwest Savings Bank application—use technology called an “iFrame.”

• Think of it like a window. Even though it looks like you are typing on a Moore Guitars page, that window goes directly to the bank’s encrypted server.

What We Collect: When you opt in to receive text messages, we collect your mobile phone number. That’s it.

How We Use It: We use your phone number to send you marketing texts—things like new arrivals, exclusive deals, back-in-stock alerts, and cart reminders. We won’t blow up your phone. Message frequency varies.

Abandoned Cart Reminders: Our website uses cookies and tracking tools (through our email/SMS platform, Klaviyo) to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.

Your Control: You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Standard message and data rates may apply.

We Don’t Share Your Number: This is important: Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent will never be shared with or sold to any third parties for their marketing purposes. The only exception is the service providers who help us send the texts (like Klaviyo), and they’re contractually bound to keep your info safe.
