The ProBucker 2 in the neck and a slightly overwound ProBucker 3 in the bridge are crafted with Alnico II magnets, just like the legendary PAF humbuckers of the late ’50s. This pairing delivers a rich, warm voice with a sparkling top end and a solid, punchy low end that’s incredibly responsive to your picking dynamics. Great question. While the core Les Paul sound is all there, the double-cutaway body provides a slightly more open, airy resonance and a bit more ‘snap’ in the attack. Tonally, it’s subtle, but the biggest difference is the incredible access you get to the upper frets, which really opens up your playing.

They are definitely in the same family. Both are inspired by the original PAF humbuckers from the 50s. The ProBuckers use Alnico II magnets to deliver that warm, vintage-style output that players love. They offer great clarity and dynamic response, making them a fantastic and authentic-sounding pickup.
