Taylor K14ce - Koa Builder's Edition.  Moore Guitars is proud to present this amazingly beautiful sounding Taylor Builder's Edition K14ce.  When Taylor Guitars Master Luthier Andy Powers decided that he wanted to create a very special line of guitars, this is the wood combination that was one of the first to hit the market!  Taylor Guitars has always had a very symbiotic relationship with Koa, and this is one of the masterpieces!  The use of a torrefied spruce top wood absolutely empowers the sonic excellence of the KOA back and sides.  Combine those elements with Taylor Guitars patented V-Class Bracing as a sonic chassis along with all the other Builder's Edition aesthetic "ingredients", and you get a true work of musical art!

Crafted to deliver an ultra-refined playing experience with tone and comfort to match, the Builder's Edition K14ce is a Grand Auditorium acoustic-electric guitar designed to the exacting preferences of Andy Powers. Back and sides of solid, beautifully grained Hawaiian Koa produce warm lows and crisp, clear treble notes, with the specially roasted spruce top adding a bit of aged sweetness. Builder's Edition special features include a beveled armrest and cutaway, chamfered body and fretboard edges and a Silent Satin finish.  (What's silent satin?  You know how in a studio setting when you're using microphones and you move the guitar ever so slightly against your shirt and you can actually hear it through the mics?  Not any more!)  Add in an artful Spring Vine inlay to top off the visual details. The Builder's Edition K14ce ships with ES2 electronics and a deluxe Taylor hardshell case.

- In business since 1976: Moore Music has been a premier brick-and-mortar guitar shop in Evansville, Indiana since shortly after opening in 1976. Founder, Pat Moore, instilled in his business the concept of old-school service that we build upon today. When the current owner, Brett Mulzer, took the store online as Moore Guitars in 2013, we quickly developed a reputation for honesty and integrity in all our interactions with our customers. That’s a prime reason why we’re the fastest-growing online guitar shop.

- Old School Customer Service: Nothing is more important than helping a customer even if we don’t make a sale. We believe that if we’re honest with you, and treat you right, you’ll be back. Call us, or chat with us online. We love talking about guitars, and we want to help you find your perfect instrument. Even if it’s not from us.... but we think it will be!

- Our sales staff are all musicians! What’s more important than communication? We speak your language. Whether you’re a beginner or a professional player, we’ve been in your shoes. A lot of aspects of the guitar are intangible, and a non-player just can’t understand. It’s a guitar thing. But we can talk about tone and feel in the same language you use. We know what it means to love an instrument, and we want to help you find your new love.

You should have NO disappointments when you see this guitar and hold it for its first strum!

Please call the staff at Moore Guitars if you would like to have a personal on the phone description of this guitar. Thank you for looking at our listing!!
