The S2 model is made in the USA! The S stands for Stevensville, Maryland, where the S2 guitars are made. The S2 line of guitars feature some differences from other Paul Reed Smith electric guitars, such as a flatter top carve with full body bevel, neck joint, and electronics. They also have S2 Phase 2 locking tuners along with S2 pickups. Some models have maple tops, and some have full mahogany bodies called S2 Standard. The S2 line has some outstanding custom colors in both double cuts and singlecuts!
